Living & Dining Room Palette
A considered material direction for contemporary open-plan living and dining interiors. The palette combines a light, warm walnut woodgrain with a deep ink-black panel and a black-and-white marble pattern, establishing a refined balance between natural warmth, architectural contrast, and stone texture.

T09 is a light walnut woodgrain with a warm yellow undertone. It brings natural warmth into living and dining areas while maintaining a bright, open feel. Unlike darker walnut finishes, T09 does not absorb too much light, which makes it particularly suitable for full-height wall panels, built-in cabinetry, and large furniture volumes. The woodgrain is visible but not overly dominant, allowing it to work well with modern, minimal, and transitional interiors.
G105 introduces a black-and-white marble pattern with distinctive veining. It is best used selectively—on a dining table top, a console, an island face, or a display niche. Because the pattern carries strong visual energy, even a small application can elevate the entire space. It pairs naturally with both T09 and C308, acting as a bridge between the warm wood tone and the deep black panel.
C308 is a deep ink-black panel that acts as a visual anchor. In open-plan spaces, black surfaces help define zones, frame lighter materials, and add a sense of depth. When used on base cabinets, plinths, internal shelves, or vertical dividers, C308 gives the interior a crisp, contemporary structure without feeling heavy. It also works as a practical choice for areas that benefit from a darker, more forgiving surface. |

- TV feature wall: Use T09 as full-height wall panels or as a broad cladding surface. The warm tone softens the technical presence of the television and creates a comfortable backdrop for daily life.
- Base cabinetry and media units: Apply C308 to drawer fronts, doors, or open compartments. The contrast against the T09 wall adds structure and makes the media area feel designed rather than incidental.
- Display niches or shelving: Line the back of open shelves with C308 and use T09 for shelf boards. Objects placed inside become more visually defined against the dark background.
- Accent surface: Introduce G105 on a low console top or a small side table near the seating area. This creates a refined focal point without dominating the room.

- Dining sideboard or buffet: Use T09 for the main cabinet body, and set the top or counter surface in G105. The marble-patterned top becomes a natural focal point for serving and display.
- Interior shelves or wine racks: C308 works well inside glass-front cabinets or open shelving. The dark interior recedes, allowing glassware and tableware to stand out.
- Dining table or island extension: If the dining space includes an island or a fixed table surface, G105 can be used as the top finish. In combination with T09 cabinetry below, the result is both elegant and grounded.
- Wall panels and vertical divisions: In open-plan layouts, use T09 wall panels to create a continuous visual flow between the living and dining zones. Introduce C308 as vertical divisions, plinths, or recessed handles to mark transitions and provide rhythm.

Raw Material
XINGANG Biomimetic Refined Panel is manufactured from pine sourced from the volcanic highlands of New Zealand. The volcanic soil and cool growing conditions produce wood with a relatively uniform density and stable fiber structure.
The core layer is composed of narrow, flat, long, and thin wood flakes. This arrangement improves internal bonding strength and dimensional stability, helping to reduce the risk of warping or expansion in changing indoor environments. The surface layers are made from fine wood particles or fiber, which create a smooth and consistent substrate for decorative lamination. The result is a panel that supports precise color rendering and a clean finished surface.

The panels are produced on Shandong Province’s first DIEFFENBACHER line. The manufacturing facility covers 230 mu, with a total investment of RMB 660 million and an annual production capacity of 300,000 m².
The automated continuous lamination line uses a high-precision hot-pressing system and automatic conveying equipment. Temperature, pressure, and time are precisely set and dynamically regulated throughout the pressing process. This level of control ensures that every finished XIN GANG Biomimetic Refined Panel meets strict appearance and environmental grade standards. The continuous process also reduces variation between batches, giving designers and fabricators greater confidence in color and surface consistency.

The panel uses XIN GANG Biomimetic Adhesive, which is soluble only in water. Because it does not rely on organic solvents, the adhesive is healthier for production workers and safer for indoor environments. It eliminates the addition of benzene, toluene, xylene, and other harmful substances at the source.
This approach supports projects that require strict indoor air quality control, including residential living spaces, dining areas, and environments occupied by children or sensitive individuals. The adhesive is designed to provide reliable bonding performance while maintaining a clean environmental profile.

Why This Palette Works
T09 Warm Walnut, C308 Ink Black, and G105 Black & White Marble work together because they operate on three complementary levels: warmth, depth, and texture. T09 keeps the living and dining space approachable and bright. C308 gives the interior a contemporary sense of order and contrast. G105 introduces a refined stone pattern that feels intentional rather than decorative.
The palette also adapts well to different furnishing styles. It supports natural fabrics, neutral upholstery, black metal details, and warm brass or matte nickel accents. Lighting can be adjusted to shift the atmosphere: warm LED lighting enhances T09, while focused spot lighting draws attention to G105 surfaces and dark C308 details.
